On-Location Pricing

 

 

Our Studio Comes to You.  We will drive to your location anywhere in California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon at .50 cents a mile.  Distance will be measured using mapquest.com and will be calculated from our studio to your home or business and back to our studio (total miles, there and back).  For example, 100 miles to your business and 100 miles back = 200 miles x .50 = $100.00.   For extreme distances this price is negotiable. 

What you get from us is a full resolution image on CD or DVD for most, if not all, photos we take at your on-location photo shoot.  These can be used for personal use, print, showcasing your parent stock in various venues including forums and your own website, creating brochures, business cards and so on. What you can do with the limited copyright you are purchasing as part of your photo shoot is nearly limitless.  What you cannot do is sell the images in any, way shape of form.  We still retain the copyright on every image we create.  Examples not allowed would include selling images to a publisher for a book or periodical and creating and selling posters.  If it includes selling my photography in any form, you must first retain written permission from Full Spectrum Photography.  In many cases, we would allow written consent without further compensation.  In some instances we may impose a minor additional fee to include your requested use of each additional image.

 

Want to Save Money?—Invite a friend or associate to bring their animals to a combined photo session at one location. Your costs for setup and travel can then be divided two (or more) ways.

 

• We do have minimum shoot requirements depending on distance traveled to your location.  If you feel this is an issue for you, please inquire.
• On location fee - minimum $150 for up to 8 hours time, shoots that require more time will be additional.
• There will also be a per animal fee of $17.
• At least half of the estimated cost of your shoot is required up front.

 

If you are far away or have numerous animals to shoot (over 40) or both, email us for additional discounted rates.  We will work with you to come to a reasonable agreement.

Example A - 100 miles away with 10 animals to shoot.

Example B – 100 miles away with 35 animals to shoot.

 

Example C – 200 miles away with 20 animals to shoot.
